1. Shadowfang Studio Service Overview

Shadowfang Studio provides services through its divisions:

• Fangraphix: Offers merchandise design, web development, visual identity, and social media graphic services.
• Arcadiax: Focuses on gaming-related content and community engagement.
• FangLore: Provides book writing, editing, and publishing services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 13 years old;
• You have not been previously suspended or removed from the Service; and
• Your use of the Service complies with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access some features of the Service, you may need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to maintain the confidentiality of your account and password. Notify us immediately at support@shadowfangstudio.com if your account is no longer secure.

4. Payment Terms

Certain services or products may require fees. Before payment, you will have an opportunity to review the applicable fees. All fees are in U.S. Dollars and are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. You authorize Shadowfang Studio or its third-party payment processors to charge your payment method for the fees. If a recurring subscription applies, you authorize periodic charges until cancellation.

5. Service-Specific Terms

Fangraphix

Custom design work may require additional agreements or contracts. Turnaround times and revision limits will be outlined in your agreement with Fangraphix. Licensing and ownership of delivered designs will be specified in your agreement.

Arcadiax

Access to gaming content, events, or memberships may involve additional rules or eligibility requirements. These will be disclosed upon registration or purchase.

FangLore

Publishing services may involve separate contracts detailing royalties, rights, and distribution agreements. All written content provided by you must comply with applicable copyright and plagiarism laws.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by Shadowfang Studio are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without prior written permission, except as expressly allowed under these Terms.

7. Prohibited Conduct

By using the Service, you agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes;
• Violate third-party rights, including intellectual property rights;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including transmitting malicious code;
• Impersonate another person or entity;
• Attempt to bypass security features of the Service.

8. Termination

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

You agree to indemnify and hold Shadowfang Studio harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
